Lesley Young, PhD

Dr. Young is  responsible for the design and execution of the programs. Her career has been devoted to the study of immunology and the development of immunotherapies for cancer, including cancer vaccines. Prior to joining Exosis, she was a development project team leader at MedImmune. Prior to MedImmune, while at Lorantis and latterly Celldex Therapeutics as Head of Immunology, she oversaw the development and implementation of many complex in vitro and ex vivo assays for the assessment of immunotherapeutics and cancer vaccines. She helped F-star build their development and project management organizations while leading their first bi-specific through preclinical testing to the clinic. More recently she was the Head of Biology at Grey Wolf Therapeutics. She completed her PhD in 1996 at the University of Cambridge UK.
