Matthew Lo, PhD

President & Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Lo held various positions at AstraZeneca in Drug Discovery, Clinical Development and International Sales and Marketing from 1989 to 2012, including that of Senior Director and Product Development Team Leader at MedImmune (an AstraZeneca subsidiary). His consulted with various clients in Europe, Asia and the USA with establishing development and regulatory strategies and preparing regulatory submissions for a number of products across multiple therapeutic areas. Prior to his consulting work, he was the Senior VP of Global R&D at Savant HWP, Inc. Dr. Lo completed his PhD at Imperial College, University of London, in 1980. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine from 1981 to 1985 and held an intramural research position at the National Institute on Drug Abuse Addiction Research Center until 1989.
